To receive a full refund, less 10% cancellation fee, please ensure that cancellations are made in writing to thehiveathighrock@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation. Cancellations made within the 72 hour window are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

MASSAGES, SPA APPOINTMENTS AND YOGA CLASSES

Appointments can be canceled with a 10% cancellation fee or rescheduled with no fee through the link in your conformation email up to 72 hours in advance. If canceling through the portal please email us at thehiveathighrock@gmail.com with a request to process the refund, less 10% cancellation fee.
